DuQuoin 2006 013.JPG - After our race program was completed, the AMA crowd assembled for instruction from their race organizers. The kids spend a week here competing for the AMA Amateur National Championship. Successful riders sometimes get a chance at a professional ride; Nicky Hayden, who came up through this program, is one who did. The older gentleman at right-center is Steve Boggs; he won the AHRMA Super Senior class race today (I took a third behind him & Melvin Brown).
